Hope you all had an AHHHAMAZING Thanksgiving holiday!
And yep, it’s that time of year. The holidays bring family and friends together, and they also bring the egg nog, honey glazed ham, cheesy mashed potatoes and candy cane cake to the party. The platters of sweet treats and rich foods can be land mines for even the most health-conscious people – and no one wants to feel deprived during the jolliest time of year!
With so many opportunities to socialize, eat, drink and be merry, it’s really about making good choices where there is so much temptation. And avoiding those party bombs!
