Today we are talking how to love yourself using my favorite mantra and the biggest message from Moniqua Plante Wellness – JUST EAT REAL FOOD!
I know it sounds so simple, but as a nation we are bombarded with so many packaged, processed, sugar laden, non-fat, fat-free, fake food products. Therefore, mealtime can be a totally confusing, frustrating, anxiety ridden ticking time bomb.
Dr. Alejandro Junger from the awesome film, Hungry for Change says “the problem is that we are not eating food anymore, we are eating food like products!”
Here’s the deal, YOU are too smart to be confused by food and your relationship to it! Let’s work together to let go of the calorie counting, the countless diets, the guilt and the constant state of stress. Instead, let’s make Real Food and Real Self Care our new obsessions!
As you’ll learn in the video, the journey to love yourself and your diet can be FUN and filled with experimentation! Our daily diets are not a one-sized-fits-all situation.
