Wow, we made it! It’s 2016 and I’m so glad we’re here! I hope you all had the most amazing holiday season with family and friends, filled with so much love and laughter.

So, it’s time to talk resolutions. Do you know that 66% of resolvers make fitness and weight goals as part of their resolution? Yet 73% of those people give up before meeting their goal. Not the best odds!

The real issue here is what is behind the resolution to lose weight or exercise more. Is it that we think we will feel more confident? More sexy in our skin? More energetic? More carefree and connected?

Let me pose this question to you –  who says that we have to be a certain weight to feel those things?

You’ll hear me say this over and over again – start by loving your body and what you put in it and your body will love you back in spades. I know it sounds easier said than done. So let’s start by making simple adjustments that will nourish and respect your body and create more calm in your life – and will ultimately result in you making better food choices, feeling more in control and confident – and sexy in your pants!
