And here we are, right smack dab in the middle of the holiday season and that means a whirlwind of parties, work events, happy hours, family get togethers, lunches, brunches & more parties. ‘Tis the season for temptation! Every event may seem like an excuse to indulge, but the after math might be a food hangover from hell.  This is a time for celebration, but that doesn’t mean letting all of our healthy eating habits disappear faster than a snowball on a hot summer day.  In fact, it’s common for some holiday party goers to pack on five to 10 pounds of body fat during the holiday season!
