Hello my Lovable Ladies (and Gents!)…
In my last video, I explained the importance of Vital Foods. Vital Foods are what really nourish and feed us – our Relationships, Work Life, Spirituality, Physical Movement and Self Care.
So today I want to touch on the first Vital Food – Relationships.
This is a biggie! We humans are not meant to be alone. We are meant to be in community, connected deeply to other people. I find it so interesting that while growing up in school we have to know the dates of various wars, but we aren’t taught about the importance of healthy, happy relationships—or how to have them. Yet, it is absolutely vital to our well-being!
So check out the video below to learn the five main components of Relationships—and why it’s essential for your growth as a human being to add an extra healthy dose of this Vital Food to your diet.
So this week I have TWO challenges for you…
First, I encourage you to really check in with yourself about your relationships.
Are there relationships that do not serve you that might need to be let go of?
What can you do to improve the relationships you are in?
How can your relationships benefit by adding more love, touch, sex, intimacy, or friendship? And these are all different, my friends!
And with that, the second challenge is to up your daily hug quota! We’re talking 6-7 hugs a day, ladies and gents, and then check in with yourself to notice how amazing you feel.
Let me know how the challenges go in the comments below!
