It’s been awhile since I’ve done a video and I’m super excited to be back with you and even more stoked to share this series with you. In these next few videos, I want to address what I like to call Vital Foods.
As a holistic health coach, clients often ask me, “What the hell does ‘holistic’ actually mean?” Holistic means that I look at the whole person. It’s not a one size fits all approach, and there is no one way of doing things. Every bod is different so every body gets what they need.
And of course, it’s important to talk about food and what you are actually putting into that magnificent machine of yours. But more importantly, I want to talk about the Vital Foods – the things that really feed us – and they’re not food at all.
